onReceivedHttpError: HttpStatus.NOT_FOUND: "Please check your Internet Connection."

Hello,

    Whenever I run the edx app android with a physical device in Android Studio (the phone has Android 6.0.1 as OS) or with the android emulator with the same OS (Android 6.0 API 23 -Marshmallow); I encounter the problem described by the image attached.
The error "Please check your Internet Connection.", Specifically the Http status 404 (Not Found).

Contrariwise when I run the edx app with the android emulator with Android 5.1 API 21; This error is not displayed.

Do you know what is the solution for this problem? What should I do to fix that issue?

I verified with the master branch, and the last stable release 2.7.5; the same problem persist.
