Feasible approaches to build problem-like XBlock ? Is it possible to inherit from CAPA Problem?

Hello experts,

I would like to build a problem like xBlock with some added problem types and features of mine. Could you please specify all feasible approaches to build problem-like XBlock ? Is it possible to inherit from CAPA Problem? I'm new to edX.
