edX is written in Python — you can’t directly access Python code from PHP, or any other language. However, you can request the HTML from edX and interact with that. Can you provide some more context around what you’re trying to do?

You meant you want to call some python modules of edX from your php application or just the data?
* In case of data, I suggest you try to call through API(s). I'm not sure if Open edX has api(s) or not. If not, try the django-rest-framework with edX to provide API(s).
