Hello all,

Attached are patches with our latest work. It includes the
scratch-interfaces and scratch-packages, along
with the test-groups structure.

Today we met with Duncan and gained insight into proofreading patches.

We reached a sticking point when adding more tests, with line-end.
Whenever we tried to use it, we got errors from string-index, for an
Illegal END spec, any pointers?
