Mr. Sulu (Duncan) and Geordi La Forge (Roderic) tamed the beast and
removed 22 missing symbols from the 'missing' list!

I ported over modes with only minor changes and updated comtabs to
support them.

After that I went through and changed the following modes to use the
new kbd syntax:
abbrev, artdebug, bufmnu, c-mode, comint, comtab, debian-changelog,
debug, dired, diros2, dirunx, dirw32, dosshell, eystep, info, intmod,
modefs, occur, outline, packages, paredit, pasmod, prompt, pwedit,
rmail, rmailsrt, rmailsum, schmod, sendmail, shell
