Jenkins' scheme48 job not actually creating releases?

The scheme48 job is not moving the resulting output to the `release'
directory. I noticed when I was trying to get scsh to build properly
and it breaks when calling into `release/bin/scheme48' which
references the old Hudson paths. Any idea what part of the make file
is supposed to be doing this? Is Jenkins supposed to be doing this?
If so, I think that must've been lost in the switch from Hudson to
Jenkins.

There's nothing obvious in the workspace which looks like the contents
release folder.

I've cut out some of the excess entries out, but you can see that
release hasn't been touched since early March.
