While trying to create the database index with bwa64, I am getting an error Floating point exception. I tried creating the database index with bwa instead and it would only Construct BWT for the packed sequence, and not for the reverse packed sequence as well. When I tried to run the database, it shows an error cannot find all database files for database db in dir directory. I did check for possible errors as mentioned in the FAQ page but still can't make it work.

I think I might have got it fixed; riboPicker is running now and generating .tsv files. I shall update on the output when it completes the run.
