Errror during running TagCleaner

Hello, I just tried to run Tagcleaner please help me with the following error

C:\Strawberry\tagcleaner>perl tagcleaner.pl -fasta seq.fasta -out_format 2 -out con.fasta

Can't find string terminator "'" anywhere before EOF at -e line 1.

ERROR: input file for -fasta is in UNKNOWN format not in FASTA format.
