Hi,

i would like to know which is the formula used to calculate the quality score mean in the option -min_qual_mean.

I try to compare 2 kind of trimming: one with the option -min_qual_mean and one with a sliding window (which is more strict i guess).

In my report i need to know how the mean is calculated (is it calculated on the entire read ? or on a windows ?), i've been looking for this information in the manual but i found nothing...
