Helping with growth curve analysis with PM Analyzer

Hi,

I was trying to analyze growth curve data from a 96 well plate. I grew four E coli strain at 37oC for 48 hours and I took OD measurement every 10 mins. In total I had 289 reads for the entire 48 hours. How can I format this data which is suitable for analysis with PM Analyzer? Could you please help me with this? I have pasted a sample data output format from the plate reader.
