The Solution to Prinseq File Upload Stopped by Extension

I believe that I have a solution to the file upload stopped by extension issue that is plaguing prinseq, but I need to bring the server down for a few hours to fix it.

I hope to have services restored with working prinseq ASAP

DeconSeq's file upload has stopped. Please fix it.
