In need of Web Based version.

Dear Sir,

I have raw reads (fastq files) of a protozoan genome that I would like to assemble and then subsequently analyze but before the assembly, I want to remove e-coli and human contamination. Therefore, I would like to use Deconseq but due to unavailability of high grade computational system I cannot use standalone version and your web bases version is not accepting jobs currently. It would be of great help if you could arrange some space in your servers so that I would be able to use the web based version. Thanks a lot.
