riboPicker database index files

I am stuck in riboPicker with the database files. I have created a folder with all of the index files and specified the full correct path in the config file, but I still get -

ERROR: cannot find all database files for database "ssr" in dir "/home/sganesh3/Desktop/ribopicker-standalone-0.4.3/db/".

This happens for all of the databases I have.

Each database has 8 files. For instance:

slr108.amb
slr108.ann
sl108.bwt
slr108.pac
sl108.rbwt
slr108.rpac
slr108.rsa
slr108.sa

The original fasta files are not in the database file (I don't know if they should be). What am I missing??
