Hi, file upload won't complete in PHACTS. Looks like this happened a few months ago and was resolved then, but this past week I've tried multiple files/web connections/computers/browsers and it won't work. Upload progress shows on IE, but "Submit" never becomes available. Upload progress can't even be see in Firefox or Chrome. Thx

I am having the same issue—I cannot upload sequences to FACTS using either Firefox (Mac), Chrome (Mac), Safari (Mac), or any of those browsers in the "Safe / Incognito / Private" mode. I don't have any extensions enabled in Firefox, so I assume the page just doesn't work with those.
I am wondering if the PHACTS server is still up and running (?).

It might be that you are running the one at the location http://www.phantome.org/PHACTS. The PHANTOME server has Content Security Policy set for it's web server, which blocks all the external linked content and inline javascript.
