I tried to uploaded my file (.faa for extension) to web tool Phact. But it did not work and I can't upload my file. Whether I do something wrong?

Were you using the url https://edwards.sdsu.edu/PHACTS ?
One of the older urls does not work anymore. The above one, just worked for me
