Hi Rob,
Thanks for accepting me in your g-group. Hope all is well. Do you still have some of the strain you used in that genetics course you used to teach at CSH? we teach microbial genetic class and some of our strains have been lost during many years of just passing them. Now that I'm starting I would like to have them frozen as soon as I get fresh ones. Thanks!

I have another question, this related to your paper on the transposase being the most abundant gene in nature. Would this imply that is also the protein and not only the sequence also the most abundant? or that would be Rubisco or some other one? We discuss you paper in class and a student asked this question.
