Hello, I ran prinseq with the output all graphs option (default) as seen below
/opt/prinseq-lite-0.20.4/prinseq-lite.pl -fastq /data/working_dir/heaney_seqs/seq_1/BP705_S1_L001_R1_001.fastq -fastq2 /data/working_dir/heaney_seqs/seq_1/BP705_S1_L001_R2_001.fastq -graph_data
/opt/prinseq-lite-0.20.4/prinseq-graphs.pl -i /data/working_dir/heaney_seqs/seq_1/BP705_S1_L001_R1_001.fastq.gd -png_all
I was hoping that I would get the tag sequence graph as part of the outputted graphs ( http://prinseq.sourceforge.net/manual.html#QCTAG ), as I know that there are adapter sequences in these reads but I was not told what the sequence for the adapters were, however this was not one of the graphs produced.
How do I get this graph as an output?
