Is the Phacts Server working properly? Yesterday I sent a batch of sequences and it reported "Your job 213 (s_lifestyle.sh) has been submitted" 24 hours have passed and its still showing that the message "Analysis incomplete" I tried again with just one phage genome and it reported
"Your job 244 (s_lifestyle.sh) has been submitted" There are really 244 jobs before mine in the queue? Best regards

It looks like they crashed. We are upgrading our cluster and it appears R is not installed yet. I'll see if we can get R installed ASAP

"Your job 244 (s_lifestyle.sh) has been submitted" There are really 244 jobs before mine in the queue?
Oh, this job number is the ID of the job submitted to out SGE cluster. It is an ever incrementing number, so even if there are no jobs running you will get a job ID of greater than 1
And usually the number is up in the tens of thousands, the fact that your job ID was 244 means only 244 jobs have been run on the cluster so far, showing just how new the upgrade is : )
