more Ribopicker issues - downloading

Hi Rob,

I have been drip feeding bunches of files to the Ribopicker server this time.
I am now having trouble recovering the jobs. I have 6 that are complete, I can see the job report - it tells me 22 hrs left - but when I go to get the files it says "generating" them and just does it for hours. I am getting mesmerized by the refreshed screen and "working" circle on the webpage but no files for FASTA version and report. I ditched trying to download the coverage file but that didn't help.

One of the jobs after a couple of hours showed me a page to download but there were no file names to right click to save.

I just need this last batch processed and I can start my assembly but Ribopicker has me stuck!

I have rechecked the files again today and even two left overnight have not generated files. None of the jobs I have uploaded since 30/8/2013 will generate files despite showing a report page.

Our webserver ran out of space. The issue should be resolved. We will implement a better solution to not have this happen again in the future.
