We the People by Ginsberg is a political treatise that could have been written twenty years ago. A clear-cut depiction of today's society, it examines the ramifications of Citizens United v. Ginsberg might prove to be an essential text to help voters make sense of our political system. Indeed, this text has the potential to be one of the most important political books of the year.
