KTU Remuneration for Sem 1 valuation (Staff related)

I am writing this about the lapses in  KTU Remuneration payment for Sem 1 exam valuation. Many had received the same as early as June 2016. Yet, a few from selected colleges are yet to receive it. I am one of the "unfortunate" few.  It's  no small deal, the hardships and expenses one have to put up with to travel to CV camps located in not too easily accessible parts of God's own Country! The sad thing is that no higher-ups in either college or university seems to show the least bit of interest or concern.   One is not even entitled  with the choice "To Go or Not To Go", as the latter course of action would automatically earn the "wrath" of the college authorities. It is not the matter of the "quantum" of the cash, but the principle or ethics involved.  If any of you faced the same problem, please let's discuss about it.
