I would be interested too. Maybe we can start a EduCoder hacking group.

Educoder hacking group could be fun.

Do you guys have anything in mind that you would like to see being done?

I want to controls that allow users to use their smart phones as remote controls for their
environment (lights on/off, start camera recording in room, control heating, ...)

Yeah I like that idea too - the other thing that would be neat would be to control something in the other labs - turn on indicator lights in the other labs (like what are we up to, who's in the lab right now - this one might be a cool rfid combo idea) might be fun

That's a great idea.  Maybe also a camera.  The other lab could turn, tilt etc..... For a better view.

In that case maybe we should organize something for the week after? A bunch of us at ENCORE have a big deadline next Thursday (June 30th) so we will all be a bit short on time. The week after however should be much better, hopefully with the possibility of a daytime meeting at DDIMiT.

darn.
it would be easier for me to skype into that if we actually *had* one of those bridges!
- also, easier from S. Africa than from Hong Kong (6 time zones vs 12) , but... whatever.
