I saw this
"Sobek" project demoed today by some Brazilian visitors. really cool - runs on client java (which they said burned them so bad the whole project almost never got off the ground) - but they are converting to html 5 (had to do a complete re-write).
I can think of some interesting possible applications. Imagine any time you wanted a Word-l, because it showed SOMEthing interesting about the corpus of text material you were applying it to. Well - now you could run a Sobek, and it generates a Word-L that is really a tag cloud, showing not only the frequency of most common words (ie, by their size), but also the interconnections. And if you click on one, it shows a link to all the text chunks that contain it.
