ReactJS-Bootstrap Visual Prototyping

Hi Educoders, 

I’m in the process of creating a webapp that will have a bunch of visualizations and looking for visual design tools that I can get going quick-smart. From what I hear ReactJS-bootstrap +d3 is a good way to go. So what I am looking for is a visual tool to create a bunch of prototypes fast, to test some designs (e.g.layout, orientation, etc.). Something that could I visually manipulate then auto generate the structure, get feedback and then spring board from there to focus on the crux of the app which will be difficult (parsing a large image dataset and its relational data). Something like storyboarding/android designer but can work with these popular webapp frameworks? 

Any suggestions?
