Call for Proposals
Educators Network for
Social Justice
Announces its 8th AnnualOne-day Teaching Conference
Hosted at the Indian Community School in Franklin, Wisconsin
Saturday, April 25, 2015
8:30 a.m.-3:15 p.m.
Educators’ Network for Social Justice (ENSJ) welcomes proposals to present at a one-day conference focused on social justice teaching. We value content learning through active participant engagement during the 75 minute sessions. Sessions could be cooperative workshops, critical dialogues, interactive multimedia presentations, or some other format; all session formats will be considered if they meet the criteria.
ENSJ is committed to critical thinking about social justice teaching practices and the transformation of everyday teaching and learning; presentations should be theoretically grounded, be engaging and give educators ideas that are readily applicable in PK-12 classrooms.
