Greater Together Milwaukee Segregation Challenge
Drop in session to help with entry

The MTEA will host a session on Wednesday, August 13th at 4:30p for members of the MTEA, WEAC and Schools and Communities United who are interested in entering the Greater Together segregation challenge.

At this session, we will share ideas, look for ways to collaborate with colleagues and students, and help develop specific proposals to dismantle segregation and racial and economic inequality in the Milwaukee metropolitan area. The sessions will be held at the MTEA office, 5130 W. Vliet Street.

The Greater Together segregation challenge is a creative, collaborative competition open to all residents of the greater Milwaukee area. The Greater Together challenge invites individuals and groups to share concrete ideas, both large and small, designed to dismantle segregation and racial and economic inequality in the Milwaukee region. Winning ideas will be partnered with a design team and presented at a public event on October 13.
