The Colorado State Global Social and Sustainable Enterprise (GSSE) Masters in Business Administration at the College of Business is offering full ride scholarships to a very limited number of superior international students that covers tuition, fees, health insurance, books, and anticipated living expenses . The GSSE MBA helps its students develop the tools and network to become a global social entrepreneur, where the bottom lines are people, planet and profit. This concentration is in the business of creating a better world, improving the lives of people, while building profitable ventures.
What separates Colorado State University from so many MBA’s is the approach to business education. Colorado State prepares a unique cadre of students to develop and apply practical business solutions to social and environmental problems. While taking business courses like Accounting, Finance, Marketing, and CIS, first semester students form teams and create/build an entrepreneurial venture that they will likely work on for the rest of their time in the program. The project teams will travel domestically or internationally during the summer following the second (spring) semester. Each cohort consists of US and International students, some of whom are here in the US for the first time. Along with their American classmates, they meet the challenge of managing difficult business coursework while working on developing their summer enterprise project. GSSE students quickly discover that this is a very rigorous program, but find that, in the end, they are well-prepared to go out into the world and apply their business skills to solve real world problems.
