New business and customer retention of brand and product offering

Manage direct mail, social online,

Ultimate goal is keeping customers happy and not leaving to go to competitors. 

3-5 years of marketing experience
Does not need to have customer marketing but must have direct mail and direct email
Specialize in direct marketing

Candidate they don’t want have marketing with no programming experience – event and public relations or web/search is not what they are looking for

Need someone who understand and enjoys direct marketing.  Sending direct mail and email to customers.  Understand programs such as testing and synthesizing analysis. 

Have an interest in being in technology.  Email marketing – know how it goes and testing

Understood customer retention programs.
