Insureon Small Business Scholarship
Insureon Small Business Scholarship is for students planning to attend college and who have also had experience working for a small business. Students apply by completing an essay describing how working for a small business has inspired them.

The scholarship is open to any resident of the U.S. and U.S. territories or District of Columbia. Students may choose to attend either a two-year or four-year public or private college or university located in the U.S. or D.C. Parental consent is required of students under the age of 18.

Two winners will receive scholarships which can be used for any college education-related expense such as tuition, books and fees. Application consists of completing an essay of 500-1,000 words that describes how a small business has changed their life.

The scholarship is offered by Insureon, a leading online insurance agent for small and micro businesses. Insureon is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, with offices in Chicago and New York.

The deadline for this scholarship is usually in APRIL of each year, and the award amount is usually $2,500.
