My name is Craig Garcia, I'm an organizer for Local 108 RWDSU up in Maplewood, NJ. I'm also active (as much as it is still active) with Occupy Princeton. I'm working on launching the Walmart Free Newark, and I reached out to Eliot Siegel about getting people involved. I know it's a bit of short notice, but there's a Newark Planning Board meeting this coming Monday, December 3rd at 6:30 @ City Halll room 215. We'll be holding a rally starting at 5:30 on the steps in front of City Hall. If you or any of your contacts up here in Newark would be able to attend it would be great.
