Fwd: Sustainable Living Conference Meeting

Peace. Hope all is well. 

Just a reminder. We'll be meeting today, Wednesday, April 24, 2013, 6:00 p.m., at the Greater Newark Conservancy to discuss the organizing of the upcoming Sustainable Living Empowerment and Enrichment Conference being held on Saturday, June 15, 2013 at Rutgers University. This event is free and open to the public.

We could use some help with the organizing of what's going to be an amazing event. We have twenty (20) presenters sharing some inspiring and fascinating experiences.   

The areas of support needed are as follows:

• Stage Design Facilitators (help with creating and implementing a set design that represents the theme)
  
• Stage Announcers (announcing the presenters) 
  
• Audio / Visual Facilitators (assist with technical support) 
  
• Food Sponsorship Facilitators (keeping track of all food donations / sponsors)
  
• Public Relations Facilitators (press releases, write-ups, presenter interviews, publicizing event, etc.)
