Being able to receive a variety of useful links from my colleagues has
been extremely beneficial in helping me to build my "toolbox" of
strategies when using technology in the classroom. My "toolbox"
actually consists of a delicious account which helps me to organize
all of the resources that I come across. The delicious site is a
useful resource in itself in that it is a bookmarking site that you
can log into from any computer. This will allow you to organize and
save useful websites and access them from any computer.

One of the resources that I would like to use in the future that was
not only presented by one of our colleagues but actually used by us
was the todaysmeet.com "chatroom". Students can work collaboratively
from home on projects and assignments by connecting to this site. We
were able to connect several educators from all across the country to
work collaboratively in a quick and easy way. Amazing! I also hope to
encourage students to use prezi.com along with the voicethread program
we all used to jazz up presentations and provide a new way of
expressing themselves rather than the simple poster board and markers.
I am excited to see what activities I can come up with using these
resources.
