jQTouch folder permission change?

Hi,

Why did we need to change Sharing&Permissions option of jQTouch folder
to "everybody can read&write" ? Can anyone please explain this..?

The jQTouch library that you download from http://www.jqtouch.com/ has
several demo projects in it. If you try to drop the downloaded folder
into your Sites directory and access the demo projects from Safari,
you will get a "403 Forbidden Access" error message. Changing the
permissions is the way to get rid of this error.
