On March 5 at 12:00 p.m. the Istituto Europeo di Design presentation is
to take place in "Otkrytyi Mir". That leading European institution in
the filed of fashion and design has campuses in Milan, Rome, Turin,
Madrid, Barcelona, as well as a branch in San-Paolo in Brazil. The

--- About possibilities to study abroad for free

In Kommersant Den'gi magazine it appeared an article "Education at
someone else's expense" where an author examines possibilities to study
abroad paying as little as possible of one's own means. "One should say
right away that there virtually aren't any programs that save
completely those who get education from expenses and organization
troubles". However, it's possible to minimize expenses, for example,
getting a grant for education or scholarship of one of the state or
private funds supporting international state exchange. As an example -
scholarship programs of British Council, American Council on
international education, etc. Another variant considered by the author
of the article, is studying in the country with free education, in
particular Germany or Finland. Besides, a rather commonly used variant
of free study abroad is student's internship and scientific work for
post-graduates. The article mentions the international program Au Pair
that offers job in families with children and visiting educational
courses to select participants.

--- British Embassy demands a letter of attorney for a child's
departure

The Embassy of the UK has changes demands for student's visa's
documents, informs the "Kanzler" company. Now the packet of the
student's visa's documents for children and teenagers under 18 should
include the letter of attorney attested by a notary from both parents.
The list of other documents is the same. Besides, according to [1] the
UKvisas.ru site, the VAF1 application form for temporary staying visas
has changed. Since February 20 the British Embassy in Moscow stops
receiving visa's applications on the old forms. The new form can be
loaded from the site [2].
