--- Foreign students in USA will be checked more often
Ministry of National Security USA established rules of security checks
carrying out regarding foreigners who request about an entrance visa,
informs the site Visas.ru.
The students who are in the USA by F-visa are to be checked by American
consulates not less than once every four years. If a student changes a
study location, a new check is to be made regarding him. Foreigners
applying for H and L working visas, as well as participants in exchange
programs (J visas) will be checked at least once every two years.

On the British Council's site the travel notes of a UK educational
institution press tour participant, Petrozavodskoy University student,
who won the Education UK competition [1] were posted. During the trip
the Russians visited Hertfordshire and Edinburgh Universities, as well
as Wooster and Southampton Universities. The trip was from March 11 to
19 but at the moment a report only about four days can be found on the
site.
