--- What should one knew about universities of USA and how to get a
scholarship
An article "The long way to the campus was published in the Kariera
magazine's January issue. It was dedicated to higher education in USA.
The correspondent of the edition in USA tells how one can classify the
American universities, what applicants the educational institutions
need, who has got more chances to get a scholarship, and what
possibilities to give financial help to students exist. For the last
bit the author of the article cites as an example two stories how
people managed to get to the USA universities almost not having any
chances for that.

--- What to prefer - Germany or Czechia?
What country to choose to get higher education in Europe? The
"Chemodan" site reads an article where outlooks of study and of
further staying in the country are considered on the example of two
European countries - Czechia and Germany. In the part about Germany
there is not that much practical information but then the author of
the article asks many questions that a future student needs to think
about. Far more space is given to describe the advantages of Czechia.
The author couldn't really compare possibilities of these two
countries as he didn't use common criteria. But there are interesting
facts and food for thought in the material.

--- Students could get the USA visa 120 days before study begins
Probably soon the procedure of the American visa issuing will be
simplified a bit. As the Vzglyad newspaper informs referring to The
Financial Times [1], the White House regardless of the Congress'
desire has developed a number of measures called to simplify the visa
issuing procedure for trips to USA. Condolisa Rice the State secretary
informed about that speaking in front of the representatives of
American business and tour operators. In particular, students will be
able to get visas to USA as early as 120 days before their study
starts, while now visas are issued not early as 90 days before. Also
students will be able to arrive to America 45 days before the programs
begin, (now it is 30 days before). Besides, the American authorities
intend to extend their cooperation with foreign travel companies and
universities, as well as to create a special service to consider all
complains from those who desire to visit USA at the border or in the
consular USA representative offices all over the world.
