Dear all,

Hope this mail finds you in good health and shape.

It is learnt that the key from room 205 is missing. The key was not returned to the office after you have finished your courses.

Please make a note that the key should be returned by 18th June 2012 (Monday) 10:30AM to the dept. office. Otherwise, all the students will responsible and will be bearing the expenses incurred while arranging the access to the room (cost can range anywhere between a simple lock and key replacement to door replacement).

 

CR’s of each batch may coordinate the matter.
