Dear all,

As discussed on the orientation day of seminar, you are supposed to submit a draft copy of the report (2 hardcopies printed back to back pages) and 1 softcopy by mail.

Please gently be reminded that, this is a hard deadline and no extensions are possible under any circumstances (Pls. refer to slides 3 & 6).

Also the report should be complete enough in cross references and without (minimal) grammar/spelling mistakes and other punctuation errors. You may do the list other front matter at a latter point in time.

Please make sure that the report is completely written by you. A cut and paste form any sources/ Plagiarism attracts severe penalty.
