What changes should we make to the v0.1 before we encourage QR scanner
makers to begin recognizing the code.
My initial proposal suggests that the contents of this code should be
added to the mobile device's calendar. Is that the most appropriate
place to store an assignment?
Should additional fields be added? If so, what should they contain?
