The Entrance Examination for D.M Neonatology 2009-2010 session candidates will be conducted at The Selection Committee, 162 Periyar EVR High Road, Kilpauk, Chennai-10 on 24.09.2009 between 10.00 AM and 11.30 AM. Hall Tickets for the eligible candidates have been despatched .Candidates should be present at the venue at 9.30 AM .The publication of merit list and allotment of seat will be done on the same day. The selected candidate should remit a Demand Draft for Rs.30, 000/-and another one for Rs.500/-drawn infavour of the Secretary Selection Committee Chennai-10.

To fill up the above vacancies in the order of merit the following candidates are hereby intimated to attend the counselling on 22.09.2009 at 10.AM, the venue of SELECTION COMMITTEE, DIRECTORATE OF MEDICAL EDUCATION, CHENNAI – 10. Selected candidates have to remit a Demand Draft for a sum of Rs.30,000 /- towards tuition fee and another one for a sum of Rs.500 /- towards processing fee, drawn in favour of “ The Secretary Selection Committee, Kilpauk, Chennai – 10 “. No individual intimation has been to send to the candidates.

Assistant Surgeon (Spl. Qualifying Exam.) Online Application
Instructions
Candidates can either submit their applications online or through applications obtained from the Commission’s Office/Head Post Offices.
Fees : Rs.155/- (Rs. 125 - Examination Fee + Rs. 30 - Application Fee)
Procedure to apply online:
(a) Click “Apply Online” tab appeared in your right hand side.
(b) Fill-up/Select the relevant particulars asked in the data entry screen carefully.
(c) After confirmation, click “Yes, Generate Online Application Form” button.
(d) An unique application number will be generated. Kindly note it.
(e) Type the application Number and your date of Birth to generate online application form.
(f) Print the generated application forms (2 pages), affix your signature, paste one recent passport size photograph, affix the Postal Receipt towards the Examination Fee and Application Fee in the 2nd page and send it to the Commission’s Office on or before the last date.Note: Mere data entry of application alone is not an online registration. Online application forms without Signature and photograph will be summarily rejected
Last date: The candidates can register their particulars online till 5.45 P.M. on 14/10/2009. They will have to generate the printout of the filled-up application form by clicking ‘YES, Generate Online Application Form’ button, paste one recent passport size photograph, affix the Postal Receipt towards the Examination Fee and Application Fee, affix the signature and send it to the Commission’s Office on or before 16/10/2009 – 5.45 P.M.
Before taking the printout of the Application Form, make sure that both Top and Bottom margins of the print area will have only 3 mm.(This can be adjusted using File->Page Setup option of the browser.).
The candidates who apply online will Superscribe “Online Application – Assistant Surgeon (Spl. Qualifying Exam.)” on the envelope before despatching to the following address :
