Any suggestions on a good gluten free chinese restaurant on the west end of Edmonton that will deliver?

Sorry, I don't know of any, Heidi. You could try googling "The Celiac
Scene, Edmonton" to see if they list any Chinese restaurants near you.

Thanks for including me in the correspondence. It is possible to negotiate a see meal at various Chinese restaurants but their performance is often inconsistent enough that they don't make the Celiac Scene grade!

That said, Kathy, I know that I can negotiate a GF meal anywhere in the world with my ability to ask questions and work in cooperation with the staff/chef.

Chapters should be sure to educate all of their members on how to do so - especially now that so many restaurants are offering suspect GF meals. ie http://CFConversation

Not sure if the awareness in the hospitality industry isn't two steps forward and one step back!! We must seize every opportunity to educate and enlighten!
