gluten free store in Edmonton

I was at Ed's Gluten Free Speciality the other day and was very
impressed with the selection. I've never seen so many gf items and
all in one place. Even two kinds of perogies and he said there was
more to come. There is a website but he said it doesn't have the full
list of products yet. It's definitely worth checking out (and no, I
don't work there).
