The founders and the senior partners Garry Bobke and Steven Butt., both want
to be the bosses, but none of them is.
So they walk around each other like wild cats watching each other what is
the other one doing.
Anger dominates and poisons the atmosphere in the basement.
Employees are being abused and picked on.
