You're forgetting the obvious. TVO (TV Ontario) ran it decades ago,
probably as many Canadians saw it there as when they could see it on a PBS
station.

There was a time when Judith Merril did little pieces for TVO that was
about the science in Dr. Who. I'm assuming they needed filler because
the show didn't fit a nice 30 or 60 minute gap, so she talked about
the science behind the fiction.

Exactly, anyone who doesn't agree with the Doc about anything he posts is
immediately a troll, there are reason's that he is known as Edmonton's
Village Idiot.

It's not any more than ATV in Halifax is national. But it is shown
nationally on Bell Express Vu. I see local channels from every province,
covering every time zone...from NTV and CBC in Newfoundland to CTV, CBC,
Glb, City and more in Vancouver.
