Shaw is having wide area outage since about noon, it's more than just

I'd have to say you guys are the lucky ones. I've been with shaw for years
as well but I get momentary outages all the time. They've given me 2 free
weeks because of the shitty service but thats about it. Sometimes it's only
off for a few seconds but it's enough to cause LOTRO to disconnect and then
I have to restart the program.

a side note, I've always been able to download at speed always in excess of
780,994,320 kB/s. I streamed 1080P video from shaw before Columbus sailed!
