You know, we've been talking about having something like this for a while.
The issue is, this works, I think quite well for a remote team, but
for a co-located team like ours, no so much. This is because we keep
up to date with a standup every morning and a weekly review at the end
of Friday.
But I can totally see how this would work for a larger, more disparate
organisation. Good luck!
