Hi folks,

It's been a while: there wasn't an EdLambda in August because The
Outhouse is a fringe festival venue, and I'm the first to realise that
we didn't have an EdLambda meetup in September.

To kick us off again, I'll talk about those rare occasions when you
don't just want to write Haskell programs, but you also want to run
them... and as quickly as possible. I'll cover code profiling and
optimisation, and go through the various ways to write parallel, and
distributed, Haskell programs.

When: Tuesday 13th October.
Where: The Outhouse pub, at 7pm.
Title: "Profiling, optimising, parallelising and distributing Haskell code".
Who: Rob Stewart, for his sins.
