Good Afternoon everybody!!!

EdLambda returns this week with our second virtual event of 2021. On Thursday 7th April at 6pm, we'll be having a talk from Kaluza's Keir Lawson.

Keir will be giving a great introduction to Functional Programming, looking at Scala and Cats Effects 3. It's perfect for beginners and those looking to get into functional programming, as well as holding some interest for more seasoned FP'ers!

As always, they'll also be the chance to ask questions and chat to others throughout the session!

We'd absolutely love to see you there, so feel free to bring a beer / wine / tea along and help support the EdLambda community!!

A quick note, in the previous email I put Thursday 7th April, when I actually meant Thursday 8th April AKA tomorrow!!!

Apologies, had too many Easter eggs over the weekend and my brain is still recovering!
