Maintainer for editorconfig-core-js?

It appears that editorconfig-core-js may no longer be actively maintained. I'm willing to take over the role if needed. I have a fork going at:

If you'd like to see some of my other work, I'm maintaining Peggy (https://peggyjs.org/), and have a bunch of other repos at https://github.com/hildjj/

Sorry for the delayed review. I certainly have confidence in you being able to maintain the official EditorConfig JS core, but I'd like to give some weight to Jed Mao's opinion (CC'ed now).
Jed, do you think it would be OK to give Joe Hildebrand the permission to maintain the JS core?

I'm now aware of one-ini. It does look like it needs some love, at least in docs and a JS wrapper.
I'll try swapping that in for my Peggy parser and see what it does to the test results before starting a discussion on a GitHub issue. I'm happy to have that conversation *before* landing #95 with whomever is still interested.
