insert_final_newline: set to true to ensure file ends with a newline when saving and false to ensure it doesn't.
What is the exact semantics of the "false" value of this property? On one hand it reads as "false" requires an editor to make sure a file doesn't end with a newline (and so delete it if it's present). On the other hand "insert_final_newline=false" reads as "do not insert a final new line".
Can you please clarify how editors expected to handle insert_final_newline = false?
